“I’d rather drink a Bourgogne from old vines than a Grand Cru on its 4th leaf.” – Becky Wasserman, Burgundy Wine Legend Most of Michel & Marc Rossignol’s vines are sitting in highly esteemed vineyards of Volnay and Pommard. Because of this, the juice they use for their everyday Bourgogne label is far above everyday quality. Taut red fruit, refreshing crushed pepper, red flowers, and developing notes of animal hide. Cru quality staring at you from behind a table wine label.
