Vino43Wines Return Policy
At Vino43Wines, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your expectations. To ensure a positive shopping experience, we offer a comprehensive return policy for our wines and whiskeys. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns.

Condition: Products must be in their original, unopened condition. We cannot accept items that have been opened or used, as the quality and integrity of our wines and whiskeys must be maintained.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, including order confirmation emails.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@vino43wines.com . Include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details.

Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number on the return package to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Vino43Wines is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
